My husband and I have rented accommodation from Thomas charles for the last 2 1/2 years. In my opinion they are one of the best agents in Bedford (I have tried 2 others). They were always quick to respond to any issues (e.g replacing the oven within a couple of days when it broke down the week before Christmas). They have a mobile number in case of emergencies. we have just received our deposit back after moving out :)

12 Feb 2019I have received the worst customer service from this agent. I found the woman on the phone rude and patronising. I will never use them...

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
