Terrible estate agents. The secretary is unfriendly and rude. All correspondence with the letting agent was arduous and time consuming. Matters of conflict were handled badly and any doubts over their terms were ignored, the term 'customer is always right' certainly doesn't get taken on board here. They do not put your deposit in a holding scheme and when you hand in the keys, don't expect to hear from the again. Overall, appalling. Won't ever use this agency for rental again. Both myself and my partner wished we never gave them any money.
More communication with tenants, secretary needs to learn customer service skills as she lets the company down.

Poor client service, they are very rude via emails if they actually do respond. Took 4 months to get a reply after sending about 10 emails. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
