I have recently used the services of Sanderson James to sell my house.
Having little knowledge about the process I was grateful for the professional service I was given from the get go.
I felt that they worked really hard to get the right buyer and the best deal for me whilst finding a steady stream of viewings throughout the entire time. They kept me fully informed of what was going on and gave me feedback on what viewers were saying.
Not only did they keep me regularly updated with developments, but they showed a genuine enthusiasm for my property and a hunger to get me a sale.
I had a sale fall through because of a buyer and Rebecca who was dealing with the sale at the time was fantastic, I also had some very tense negotiations just before exchange of contracts, but Gemma's professional approach to dealing with any "problems" was much appreciated.
Gemma it was an absolute pleasure to experience your honest, straightforward, up-beat and charming personality throughout the whole procedure! You are a credit to Sanderson James.
I would recommend Sanderson James to anyone looking for a professional, honest, reliable, friendly service. I honestly couldn't fault them.

I find this review extremely hurtful because it is simply not true.
We are being pressured to not claim monies that are owed, you signed the contract which clearly detailed our charges for our service of letting and managing your property and we have not charged a penny more. With regard to the cancellation regulations it is important to bear in mind where and when the contract is entered into, i.e. if it is an 'on premises contract' this is not applicable, and there is no right to cancel, but it is if it is 'off premises' (i.e. signed at the property with you there and then) it does apply.

We take this kind of allegation very serious and would like to investigate further as per our complaints procedure. After looking into this and speaking with the lettings manager who advises me she hasn't had any such conversation, I would ask you to contact me so I can investigate further.
