Staff to stick to appointments and times! especially Lindsey!! Staff to call back when tenants have problems. Raj to get her facts right before emailing & demanding money. Improve staff training to provide a better service Answer telephone after 2 or 3 rings Provide an estate agent service (to secure a sale) Get a better mortgage broker who isn\'t intimidating. Use correct information about property to avoid issues with sale.
Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
