This company uses tactics to add additional arrear charges to customers accounts. I received a letter requesting a £50 arrears charge for a £117 maintenance invoice. Avoid this company if at all possible. Only exist to line Andrew Strong's pockets, with very high fees and charges. Charged £50 for being a day late with payment. Normal companies just send a reminder initially, but this mob charge £50 for every ... Read Full Review
