Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.

I have used this agent a few times in the past and they have been good, but they have lost their way lately. This agency is only after making as much money as possible with many unreasonable charges. Watch out the fees and inventory check, i.e. one of the many things: to rent a completely run down and never taken care of place they asked me to pay quite a lot of money, which their report says everything ...
