I am pleased to say I have found Kim at Haart Ashford branch professional, knowledgable and friendly from day one. From introduction, to conducting our viewings, Kim has kept us up to date at all stages to achieve our desired result. We also are impressed that Kim went above and beyond the call of duty recently when we were experiencing issues with the progression of our sale. She was able to resolve matters very quickly, putting us at ease, and take on responsibilities that were in fact not in her remit. We are very satisfied with the service she has provided, and would not hesitate to recommend in the future.
