I have been a customer of peter davids for many years,i have always found all the staff and Noel very helpful and courteous when anything has arisen, Repairs,maintenance and questions solved and answered without fuss ! i would use them again without a thought ,cant understand other comments on this site can only think some people expect miracles !!!!

All deposits taken by Peter David are protected under the Deposit Protection Service. This is to protect your deposit and protect you against unsubstantiated deductions from the deposit. Any dispute is resolved by their independent arbitration service who will consider all the evidence presented. The onus is on the landlord/agent to prove any damages.
