I cannot express enough gratitude for the exceptional assistance I received from Javaid, a property manager at Martin & Co. during a difficult time in my life. Following the passing of my mother, I found myself faced with the task of restoring and managing her property for rental. Javaid stepped in and proved to be an invaluable asset throughout the entire process.

One of the most challenging situations occurred during winter when the pipes burst, causing significant damage. However, Javaid’s unwavering commitment to his responsibilities was evident as he promptly took charge, overseeing all necessary repairs. His availability and hands-on approach were truly remarkable, especially considering the distance between Glasgow, where the property is located, and my residence near London.

Javaid’s selflessness shone through in every interaction. His dedication to ensuring the property was restored to its former glory and ready for rental was unparalleled. He handled all aspects of the restoration with utmost care and professionalism, easing the burden on me during an emotionally trying period.
