These people tried to sell my recently widowed uncle an uninsurable house in Hertfordshire. They blatently lied to him saying that other houses on the street were insured. Do not trust them.

What agent could do to change your mind?
Been more impartial between tenant and landlord. Insisted that the landlord actually fulfils his obligations.
