As a buyer im having the same issue, placed a good offer on the property and the next day it was listed for auction. Went for another viewing and the home owners werent even aware of my offer! And told they should sign the property into auction. Now the sellers are contracted in the auction terms (making way more money) and my offer will cost me 1k more if i was to go ahead! Criminals. Worst customer service and the biggest thieves! ...

Yes my experience with this company has been really bad too. I was mislead into believing my house would go to auction, Maria stated I was too late for the September auction but would be OK for the October auction. Well roll on 12th December and I am free of this company. The online auction is an absolute joke, if somebody offers the price you have to accept it, fees are around £4000 more than selling normally. I have to agree with Casual Observer about Shona's response. Accusations of not apologising then not taking the opportunity to apologise. However I don't understand the bit where he says if she had apologised the landlady may have used Pattinsons to sell the property if Reeds Rains rental fell through- who says she wanted to sell it?? Fail. ...
