I used Palmer Snell to rent a property. As son as I moved in, I realised the property was damp, and no matter how much I put theheating on, it wouldnot warm up. I reported it several times, and they simply ignored me. Eventually, due to the mould and damp, i had to rent another property, whilst still paying for thefirst. I asked PS to ask the landlord to end the rental early. They told me they would. Three months later, they are still ignoring me, but I still have to pay for a property which is ...

Can they give them their bond back without your permission? We are in dispute with tenance as they have ruined the carpets in all the rooms bar one, but Palmer Snell seem to be taking the side of the tennant, probably because it wasn't picked up in their 3 monthly checks. What I would like to know is why do we pay a full management fee and ...
