I would not use the agent again

We have used Palmer Snell to rent our property out. We have moved to Australia and when the tennants moved out they gave them permition to leave belongings in the garage. Now they won't move them. They gave the bond back and now Palmer Snell are not even answering our emails.

Can they give them their bond back without your permission? We are in dispute with tenance as they have ruined the carpets in all the rooms bar one, but Palmer Snell seem to be taking the side of the tennant, probably because it wasn't picked up in their 3 monthly checks. What I would like to know is why do we pay a full management fee and
