We give letting agents the time to focus on letting property while we take care of chasing rents and issuing rent statements whilst dealing with repairs, check outs, inventory updates, deposit returns, helping and advising on compliance with gas, electric and furniture safety legislation, as well as tenancy deposit protection and property licensing.

We also offer the same service for private landlords who perhaps don't have the time or the knowledge and expertise to manage their own property portfolio as well as a letting service via our established letting agency brands.

As a landlord, I will always complain that fees are too high. That said, my agents do a very good job and I have not had any real trouble with the tenant they found for me or their managment work on my behalf.
