We give letting agents the time to focus on letting property while we take care of chasing rents and issuing rent statements whilst dealing with repairs, check outs, inventory updates, deposit returns, helping and advising on compliance with gas, electric and furniture safety legislation, as well as tenancy deposit protection and property licensing.

We also offer the same service for private landlords who perhaps don't have the time or the knowledge and expertise to manage their own property portfolio as well as a letting service via our established letting agency brands.

Our established letting agency brands also offer a second to none letting service.

Thank you for taking the time to praise Harvir for his hard work although I'm disappointed you appear not to be as happy with Glenmead overall. In our defence, you have said that the delays and poor workmanship were the result of the Landlord's odd job man and not a Glenmead subcontractor although I appreciate this would still have been extremely frustrating.
