We give letting agents the time to focus on letting property while we take care of chasing rents and issuing rent statements whilst dealing with repairs, check outs, inventory updates, deposit returns, helping and advising on compliance with gas, electric and furniture safety legislation, as well as tenancy deposit protection and property licensing.

We also offer the same service for private landlords who perhaps don't have the time or the knowledge and expertise to manage their own property portfolio as well as a letting service via our established letting agency brands.

One of the most frustrating experiences, its like trying to deal with chimps. No relationships skills, nothing gets actioned quickly, and is anyone ever in the office?! Telephone is never answered, with an average 3 day wait for an email response. Would give 0/5 if I could....

What agent could do to change your mind?
1. Consider customers as paying human beings 2. respond to calls/voicemails 3. Grow a backbone and talk to landlord for unfair treatment of tenants 4. Ensure smooth move-in and move-out 5. Take feedback and learn

We are very sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction. We have reviewed our notes and understand your frustration. We do try to action all requests from tenants expeditiously but are sometimes required to wait for a client to deal with issues rather than handle them ourselves. Some clients are reluctant to act or give us instructions and we understand how frustrating this can be for tenants. Regrettably we are often caught in the middle of such issues. ...
