Really rude customer service. pre-lease and post-lease processes are completely over the top and designed to with hold your deposit for as long as possible. Dealt various issues with minimum care and showed now interest in hearing about our issues (e.g. faulty flooring). Oh, and they'll ... Read Full Review

AVOID - YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF!!!! Awful experience vacating a property. I booked appointments with them for viewings 3 times. The first time I went to the apartment and I was waiting 30 minutes with no response to my phone calls. Absolutely appalling service and completely unprofessional. We could not have had a worse experience from start to finish. Apathetic, rude and condescending. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
