The estate agent is worried about everything except genuine security of residents of Catherine place. The place is running a critical security breach in absence of no way of opening the main gates from inside the community. In case of any accident the agency should be held completely ... Really pathetic service. One of the worst company I have ever seen in this country who manages the property. They fail when it comes to pest control, cleanliness, customer service etc. Actually this company doesn't give a damn when it comes to health and ... Read Full Review

They dont reply to emails, letters. Minutes of meetings are handed out a year after the meeting has taken place, just before the next yearly meeting takes place. They seem to attend meetings just for the sake of attending. Yearly reports incorrect. Very disappointing, unable to clarify costs, ... Read Full Review

Very old-fashioned. Possibly ok if you expect to sell to someone who walks through their door, dark ages as far as internet and photography goes. Very slow response to email, complete failure to keep promises of regular updates. It took months for them to correct their inaccurate particulars and ... Read Full Review

For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
