Very disappointed with Webbs when we first put our house on the market the two ladies that came out were lovely and very helpful. We have now sold both houses Webbs we're managing for us from Lichfield and both had been under maintained. To top it all they moved offices without any notification and 3 months later we're still waiting to hear back on the return of the deposit after the clean in September…. Disgusted ... Awful experience with webbs. Webbs were selling the property below me in the chain. They were horrendous. They didn't keep their client informed and when they did it was with conflicting information. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
