We have now sold both houses Webbs we're managing for us from Lichfield and both had been under maintained. To top it all they moved offices without any notification and 3 months later we're still waiting to hear back on the return of the deposit after the clean in September…. Disgusted... Read Full Review

We have now sold both houses Webbs we're managing for us from Lichfield and both had been under maintained. To top it all they moved offices without any notification and 3 months later we're still waiting to hear back on the return of the deposit after the clean in September…. Disgusted yet again the worst thing we did Lisa was believe the hipe! Webbs have cost us time and money getting the properties fit for resale. Passing the buck when the tenant's neglect the gardens when Webbs were paid to keep them in check, the outside and inside areas were not challenged by the agents for over 2 years. Webbs have let us down again with the property visits /management not dealing directly with the tenants on our behalf .
