Bedframe was broken from the beginning, but when I moved out, they claimed I broke it although I have reported it as soon as I moved in and asked them to replace it. It’s been 5 months since I moved out & they still haven’t returned my deposit, so steer clear of them.
I have proof of their false promises to refund their deposit if needed.

Took a morning off work to see property, arrived at time agree no one there to show us no one in the house, eventually gave up and went home. What agent could do to change your mind?
Agent should have called and canceled viewing or at very least apologised for their mistake.

Called back obviously they made a mistake and they just tried to blag their way out of it, cowboys and totally inept.
Would stay well clear and use a proper lettings agency.
