What a complete bunch of thieves and totally dishonest not to be trusted if you are renting from them. I rented a bungalow from them, and they asked me if I could leave early as they had another tennant. I agreed I would do what I could and moved out 4 days early. Now refusing the refund.
Also claiming £750 in damages claiming damages that were in place when i moved in and after i spent a considerable amount of time and money improving the property. Gutted !!

I can NOT recommend WH Brown DEREHAM. They would have taken 3 weeks to market my property after I paid £135 for a marketing pack so I cancelled and sold in 3 days with another local agency. The agency that WH Brown use for photography took 2 weeks for a photographer to phone then could not fit me in for 1 week (hence the 3 week wait to market. WH Brown offered to take the photos after I paid £135 for a photographer). When I cancelled with WH Brown (WH Brown advised the photography agency; I told the photographer directly), I got a call from another photographer a week later. It gets worse: the company WH Brown use for the EPC survey sent me a text message to confirm my appointment, which does not say that the link provided only works 9-5 (not an online booking system but a chat line!) so that was a waste of my data on my PAYG (cannot type the incomprehensible link on a PC). 1 minute later another text arrived with an appointment for the following day. So I phoned to confirm the booking. No-one arrived but 9pm that night I got a different text with another date advising I would be charged a fee if I did not attend this time (and it was them who did not show up). A week after WH Brown advised the company our contract was cancelled I got another appointment date by text. I still have not been refunded the £135 by WH Brown after six weeks and twice chasing them. If you are wondering why they have a great rating on another review site: customers who cancel their contract do not get the offer to post a review on the other review site.

John Mosley has been the most professional, efficient and knowledgable member of W.H.Browns to have managed the rental of our property during the last 6 years. We have recently terminated the contract with our tenants so I had lots of questions about the process for this. John answered my emails promptly and explained various sections of the rental contract which was most helpful. In the past week or two after my tenants left he liaised on my behalf with them on certain issues and there was a very good outcome. I have only spoken to him once on the phone and he was really great to talk to.

i contacted john as i needed to be provided with details of the end of a previous tenancy i had with wh browns. anglia water were chasing me for a large bill covering a period after my tenancy had ended. as it was over a year since the end of the tenancy, i no longer had details. john was extremely helpful on the phone and told me what he was going to try and do and that he would get back to me. he emailed me about 15 minutes later with everything (and more than i needed). polite, helpful and a credit to wh brown. many thanks john
