I lived some 135 miles from their office but viewing properties on dates to suit me was always accommodated despite, I am sure the need for, diaries to be juggled in order to meet my requests. Everyone with whom I came into contact with in the office was very customer focussed and always ,went that extra mile, to ensure my requests were met. I would particularly mention Sharon Jackman who was a real pleasure to deal with.

I am delighted to provide a review for Webbers of Minehead who greatly assisted me in the initial search and subsequent purchase of my new home in Porlock in September 2011. Everyone with whom I came into contact with in the office was very customer focussed and always ,went that extra mile, to ensure my requests were met. I would particularly mention Sharon Jackman who was a real pleasure to deal with.
My search was eventually narrowed down to two properties, both of which required some sensitive and expert negotiating with the vendors to reach a purchase price which was acceptable to me. The agent took a very positive and pragmatic approach with the vendors and had sensitive discussions regarding the current market, the length of time the respective properties had been on the market etc; enabling me to purchase my property at a fair market price.
Initially I had imagined that it would be fraught with problems trying to purchase a property in Somerset whilst I lived in Oxfordshire but the agents were marvellous, dealing with any queries in a timely and efficient manner and keeping me thoroughly informed of all developments right through to completion.
I have, over the years, been involved in selling / purchasing some nine properties and this is the first time that I have encountered an agent who LISTENED!!! I would thoroughly recommend Webbers - they are simply the best.

The market was on a downward trend and I needed to relinquish my responsibility for the property before the onset of winter. The property was in need of complete renovation,although structurally sound and the garden neglected, so I was fearful of the prospects. Webbers were faultless in fulfilling the challenge, they kept me informed throughout, persued the sale vigorously and arranged more viewings than I considered possible. When it came to negotiating a sale I found that I could rely on their advice implicitly putting no pressure on me to accept a low offer. Whenever I was able to meet staff face to face they were always pleasant, friendly and helpful. When a sale price was agreed, they conducted the conveyancing efficiently at a reasonable price. Their charges were lower than I had expected. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to a relative. Webbers provided a thoroughly profesional service with impeccable integrity. I tend to be a fairly critical person but when I receive good service I believe it should be recognised and praise given where it is due.

I sold a property through Webbers in Minehead this summer. I was impressed with their level of service from start to finish. I liked the fact that all members of their team took the time to view my property, so were able to talk to prospective clients about it and answer questions immediately. All the staff are experienced and know the local area extremely well. I also found that Toby at Webbers always had time to answer any questions/worries that I had regarding the marketing and sale of my property, using his wealth of experience. I would not hesitate in recommending them as the whole process with Webbers was a smooth and thoroughly professional one.

Webber's were the most professional agent that we encountered during our search for our first property. We greatly appreciated the way that they kept us informed of all available properties and also updated as to any potential properties that were likely to become available in the near future.
When we finally put in an offer on our preferred property they communicated our position to the vendor extremely well resulting in a quick acceptance of our offer and ultimately the purchase of the property.
We can thoroughly recommend Webbers and will definitely be using them again when the time comes.
