We have sold two houses with Webbers. The second sale was a period property and involved a tricky conveyance. Our successful sale was due in a large part to Webbers and in particular Andrew's expertise in smoothing the way for the sale to proceed. Any agents can stick the details on the internet (after all, pretty much everyone uses rightmove). But the key for us was to have an agent that is not only knowledgeable and experienced in the local market but also easy and friendly to deal with. Webbers took a very tailored personal approach to selling our house and more importantly seeing the sale through to completion. Andrew in particular was brilliant, he understands the importance of the huge importance of buying or selling a house in peoples lives and always responds very quickly to calls and emails (including in the evenings) when they are important. He gives very wise advice but is also fair, honest and trustworthy. He made the process of selling a house much less stressful than it would otherwise have been.

Very poor they gave me too much stress , they made a difficult sale worse than it needed to be , some staff and management training would help them greatly . My opinion of these agents is very low and I found the ladies to be nice , but found Andrew Simpson arrogant and was more focused on money... Read Full Review

Very poor they gave me too much stress , they made a difficult sale worse than it needed to be , some staff and management training would help them greatly . My opinion of these agents is very low and I found the ladies to be nice , but found Andrew Simpson arrogant and was more focused on money than helping someone suffering with severe stress .
