The service I've received from this estate agents has been great since day one, Sarah was always happy and friendly on the phone and made my search easier. I was fortunate to have Watts & Morgan in Penarth dealing with the sale of my house as well as the purchase of my new home as they were the agent for both.
All staff at the branch were effective and professional throughout the process but a special mention must go out to Sarah who was focused on bringing all parties together and constantly pushed to get accurate updates.

Watts and Morgan impressed the most for a few reasons: The staff were bright and interested but not brash and pushy: the terms and conditions allowed me to leave with just two weeks notice if I wanted: the valuer who came to the interview on site would be my point of contact throughout the service; they had a broad portfolio of other properties, and they did not push "extras" such as paid-for photos.
The details were accurate and they took special care to ensure the included floor plans were displayed as I wished with sizes and relevant alcoves and unusual room shapes etc all shown.
Most viewers were genuine prospective buyers. Staff turned up on time for viewings and gave prompt rational feedback.
The Agency ended up doing double work in a way because the initial buyer took us all the way through the process before backing out at the last moment and buying something utterly different in every aspect!
My second buyer (successful) was found and, like the first case, the agent was proactive in contacting me every week with information from that week's progress chase on my behalf.
I am happy to describe the process as exceeding my expectations and I would use them again.
