We sold our house through Watts and Morgan and were really impressed with their efficiency, knowledge and kindness. The market was very buoyant then fell to completely flat during the time we were trying to sell. We had two sales fall through, one the day before exchange. Throughout, Talia was really helpful with her sound advice and she and Rebecca pulled out all the stops for us. We especially thought their communication was excellent, we always got thorough feedback on viewings very quickly and they were always easy to contact, which made the whole process much less stressful. Jane was also really helpful in progressing our sale, in constant touch with the buyer and their solicitor and always letting us know what was happening. Thank you Watts and Morgan, Talia, Rebecca and Jane made a really stressful time much easier and we're very glad we chose you as our agents!

I would highly recommended Watts and Morgan. They recently sold my property and the service was excellent from start to finish. After the initial house valuation (which we felt was a very accurate valuation), there was a quick turnaround to get the house on the market and the photos that were taken were a superb advertisement of our property.
They booked in multiple viewings quickly and our house sold within 3 days.
The service didn’t end there and Talia in particular was amazing- she regularly checked in and communicated well between the buyer and myself. She reassured any worries I had and made the process so much less stressful.
I would definitely use them again in future and recommend to anyone.

What a refreshing change to use an estate agent who provides a first class service and with really good local knowledge.
I recently sold a property and was really pleased with the prompt service I received from all staff. After achieving a great sale price the staff were very attentive and always on hand to lead me through the legal process and I achieved the completion date we needed.
We then moved into rented accommodation while waiting for our new home to be renovated. Again the staff were excellent in sourcing a suitable rental property and helped me through the rental process and even advised on moving companies and local storage facilities.
I don’t write reviews often but thought the business deserved a 5 star review as I cannot fault their advice and assistance.
Would definitely use again and highly recommend.

Wish I could give ZERO stars, having let with this agent for over 10 years we moved out after purchasing our own property, we left the house exactly as it was when we moved in. Wish I could give ZERO stars, having let with this agent for over 10 years we moved out after purchasing our own property, we left the house exactly as it was when we moved in. PLUS the amount of MOULD in the property which they refused to help with. My suggestion is record everything as you move in, including the agent, as Watts and Morgan lie through their back teeth when it comes to moving out. I will never use this agent again and thankfully as we now own our property (not through them thank god) we will never need to. AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE

Words can not describe the absolute dreadful experience I've had with this letting agency over the past year. Jobs not carried out. Rats running around the property. Discrimination, Harrasment and down right rude members of staff. The flat looked like it had never been cleaned when I moved in. I was told the lights in the bathroom were not working but I was reassured it has been newly tiled and cleaned, once I got the keys and the lights were fixed it was obvious they were trying to cover up the fact the bathtub was black. The staff are degrading. I am a young mother with a child and they have obviously taken advantage of this in order to skip work needing to be done. It took 4 months for windows to be fixed baring in mind I had a newborn. One wall is black from damp which I was told to 'leave for a few months' the months entering summer may I add, and then go from there. It was obvious the damp was not going to get worse during these summer periods. It's taken 3 months for them to come out and asses a broken pipe outside the flat which is allowing rats to enter the property. I'm paying for a flatcar in which I can't use the kitchen, bathroom or living room. My one year old can not go down on the floor at all because of the diseases rats carry and the risk to my child's health. They have been very aggressive over email now these issues are being addressed and denying all knowledge (luckily I have kept emails) my advice would to avoid like the plague.
