What agent could do to change your mind?
Follow professional guidelines from day 1. No hidden costs, no hidden information that they spring on you after you have signed the contract. Tranparency.

This Company manages our building. The fees are extortionate and are not fair or reasonable in any way. I'm not sure if the last two reviews were planted by Veritas themselves, but the service from Veritas was nothing like the false praise given to them. We moved into a flat after paying an excessive amount of fees for services I'm still not sure about, and rebutting an initial two year contract ... Read Full Review

Should not lie about extra contract length Should not lie about correspondence with landlord Should not try to extract extra fees when initial agreements were made Better customer service and property management
