Trinity Factor -Aberdeen
The Aberdeen office staff are fantastic. They are quick to address issues such as arrears, abandonment and keep both the landlord and tenant informed at all times. I’ve been using them since they opened and have been impressed by all the staff and the rate of relenting a vacant property.

Terrible agents. Don’t ever go near them as a landlord. Their marketing strategy is very poor, and have very limited advert portals. They only managed to get only 2 person to view over two months. Terrible agents. Don’t ever go near them as a landlord. Their marketing strategy is very poor, and have very limited advert portals. They only managed to get only 2 person to view over two months. I had to sought out my own prospective tenants for them to conduct viewings. Terrible! Also, communication is a challenge, with limited staff at their office available to take calls due to lack of staff, calls have to be re-routed to their Edinburgh office. Finally decided to cancel their services. So please don’t go near them!

Since taking over management of my property, Kim Middleton has taken the first positive action on a problem with ingress of water from the window of the flat above, something the factor has failed to do for over two years. I believe I am charged a standard letting fee, which now offers excellent value - not always the case in the past.

Since taking over management of my property, Kim Middleton has taken the first positive action on a problem with ingress of water from the window of the flat above, something the factor has failed to do for over two years. She is a delight to deal with and, best of all, she does exactly what she promises, something which was not invariably the case in the past. I can't praise her efforts on my behalf too strongly and I would have no hesitation in recommending her and Trinity Factors to anyone seeking a letting agent..

Not impressed so far. Letting my property with Trinity has been a disappointment. Very little communication and issues are not resolved despite repeatedly asking. Fees for a minor repair were extortionate. Trying to whack on extra fees for out of hours cover... Read Full Review
