I had three agents come to value my property and TCA were by far the most professional from the start. We moved estate agent as we 'thought' TCA, would be a better option as they looked very professional. How wrong were we! Ben told us that there would be no problem in selling our. This is by far the worst Estate Agent I have ever come across. When Nigel Seabridge (the Managing Director) came to the property, I was told that they were on more web portals than everyone else when in fact they are only on Rightmove.
