Unprofessional, unethical and dishonest people. I had visited a house and immediately said I wanted it for several reasons. Even though I had tried to pass my details and the payslip, the agent Ashleigh Muir, said that there was no need and that we could do it later. On the next day, she contacted me saying everything was Ok and we were now on the step where I had to come into an agreement with the landlady. On the next day, she confirmed everything was OK, and that was the last email she ever replied to me. I found out the next day the house was rented and not for me, even after she told me to go ahead and sent the notice that I was leaving my actual property. I have never been contacted again (even after calling her directly) until I left the review in GoogleMaps. This time the manager, Again Gary Hancock, replied with lousy excuses about some colleague of her rented the house and not her. In a nutshell, I now know that the full branch acts under unprofessional, unethical and dishonest values. Be careful when using their services you might end up without your actual and future place to leave because someone else in the agency rented it, although you reserved it first.

Found the most amazing perfect flat through Taylor's which suited me and my flat mate perfectly. On the day of signing everything went smoothly with all the admin fees etc discussed (which were extortionate), then we were told we needed to take out a monthly tenant insurance per person! This was not explained to us at all until we had pens in our hands ready to sign. When we said we didn't need it as it was for personal belongings and neither of us had anything of real value we were told the contract would not be completed until we signed it, so we agreed but then only to be told the monthly fee was per person!!! Do these people know what their doing?? We were told the flat had been professionally cleaned was wasn't the case. It was very dirty and dusty and a lot of things had been left off of the Intinery, when we called to complain they then changed the story to the landlords friend had been in there cleaning for hours!! After settling in we experienced a problem with the fuse box that kept tripping. It was a Sunday afternoon, so we called the emergency line they gave us to which no one answered. After many attempts we managed to contact the landlord direct who sent her electrition straight away. When we spoke to Taylor's on the following day they informed us that the EMERGENCY number we were given was no longer in use! Only thanks to the landlord the problem was sorted. The second problem was a leak in one of the bedrooms. It was a Saturday afternoon, we called the new number which went straight to answer phone so we left a message, we then called the office and explained the situation, they were gonna get someone to call us. We never got that call. Once again we contacted the landlord who dealt with it herself. I would never again take a property from Taylor's nor would I recommend them as a middle man. Our landlord was paying them to manage the property, not once did they manage!!! Oh and very delayed on paying back the bond until prompted. Simply awful.

Awful customer service skills and not helpful in any way. We received no communication from the company regarding check in dates. When we were due to check in we had to ring them 10 minutes after they were due to meet us only to be told that they wanted us to come to their office and not to the property itself. No one did a check in at the property and we were left to go through the inventory ourselves before returning it to them. When we did return it we pointed out a few faults with the property along with items that were listed but didn't exist. We were then promised a scanned copy of the inventory which 10 days later we have yet to receive. We have also now been waiting over a week for minor repairs to be made with no communication as to when this will be. The office itself appears to have washed their hands of us and no refers everything to their property management team who are never available.
Awful company.

Pure incompitence from day one. Maria seemed to have no idea what she was doing and repeatedly asked for documents that we had already provided then another member of staff would advise us that everything was fine. They then waited until the very day before we were due to move to tell us that there were several more documents they needed from us and almost entirely made us lose the property. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
