I was a tenant under Swansea property agents for a period of 9 months. With all my experience I can say that they are THE WORST POSSIBLE PROPERTY AGENTS you can ever find. PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS, Drove long way to see the property and asked the agent to send me forms so the process for renting the property can go forward. 30 min later they called me and said the property has been taken. Nothing is ever too much trouble it seems! Fantastic service yet again this week. A problem was reported with a radiator yesterday morning and Andy had it sorted in the afternoon. Very bad service. They don't bother about Tennant issues! One of the tenant moved out without paying the bills. And the agents have still not sorted it out! Also they loot all your deposit. While checking out they promised us they would keep 15� from our deposit. But when we received our money, ... Read Full Review
