Rental. Extremely unhelpful with a lack of empathy for client. Duplication of information provded. Foreign client with all info available, but agent exoected clientvto know reference process...Agent was a typical smoothy who never returned calls. Reference agency experience was disheartening... We had house on the market with Shires. They did get 3 sales on it but unlucky for them all sales fell apart due to buyers lack of funds and sales. Best in area, great staff, always helpful. We would use Shires Estate Agents again. Highly recommended.... Read Full Review
