My landlord actually runs this estate agents, he is/they are co-operative, accessible and friendly. No hassle whatsoever, I will be sad when I have to move infact, definitely the best letting agents I've been with. I just wish all of the other letting agents were like this! Anyway I would ... We had house on the market with Shires. They did get 3 sales on it but unlucky for them all sales fell apart due to buyers lack of funds and sales. Best in area, great staff, always helpful. We would use Shires Estate Agents again. Highly recommended. ... Read Full Review

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
