The lettings department is operating unethically and unprofessionally. They conceal the truth, fabricate circumstances and raise false hopes. Time wasters. From start to finish Claire and Amy did their very best for us. The only complaint I have is when the photos were taken we had no warning therefore no time to tidy up.
