The Agent, did not respond to problems with the heating in an appropriate time. They were hard to get hold of, did not do a thorough inventory check, and charged us £200 admin fees for exiting the property which was taken out of the deposit. Dealing with problems in a timely manner. Not charging extorshoante exit and entry fees into the contracts, as well as disproportionate renewal fees.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
