Very poor communication between agency and the landlord. Agents seem to ignore tenants enquiries and surely avoid sorting out issues with a propert rented. What agent could do to change your mind?
It would be just nice to treat people with a bit of respect by making sure that the repairs are done and property is clean for the tenants to move in. Stick to promises given.

12 Jun 2015We always advise Landlords of a tenants requirements prior to moving in. We also have to wait in non emergency situations for the landlords consent prior to carrying works out as would be a wobbly...
