Very poor communication between agency and the landlord. Agents seem to ignore tenants enquiries and surely avoid sorting out issues with a propert rented. It would be just nice to treat people with a bit of respect by making sure that the repairs are done and property is clean for the tenants to move in. Stick to promises given.
