Ryden are an absolutely unscrupulous letting agent. Everything goes well until you encounter a problem with the property and have to wait an age for a repair. I have recently had to deal with Ryden lettings agent and I have to say I have been left severely disappointed with the service I received and would advise anyone to beware when using them. I rented a property with Ryden from October 2010 - March 2011 and will never be making that mistake again. They are very helpful when moving in and everything seems so smooth and easy. When leaving however, the service is not good.
