I used Robinsons for my house removal in Sept 2014 and I have to say they were quite excellent. What agent could do to change your mind?
Provide the service which was described during the initial agent visit. Professional and well trained staff. If quoted that the items would fit in a 40 foot container, then customers should not be charge overage. Correct amount packing materials and appropriate for the different types of furniture. Compensation for late trucks, missing staff etc. Should have had daily management visit to ensure the pack was going to schedule and plan. One phone call and not listening to the clients concerns was unprofessional.
