We sold our flat with Kelly, who was excellent throughout. Kelly went above and beyond our expectations with the sale, even making a media video to assist in the sale. With this the flat was sold within a week and above the asking price.
To add to this, other flats in the building had been up sale with other estate agent companies who where struggling to sell. When the owners swapped to Kelly, they were all successful at a sale.

Kelly showed me around two apartments in my first week of viewing as a first time buyer. I had a few different properties to view across several agencies and Kelly's approach was by far my favourite. I was so overwhelmed and she was so lovely and reassuring and super easy to get hold of but absolutely not overbearing and 'salesy'. Really unfortunately the property I ended up putting an offer in on wasn't with Richard James but I was so grateful for the service Kelly delivered and the care she treated me with.
