Unfortunately Reeds Rains seem to use underhand tactics to create a bidding war - citing GDPR as a reason they cannot disclose current offers on their properties, which is not true. GDPR prevents them from disclosing any personal details on the bidder, but not the offer price / bid that they... Read Full Review

I did a tenant find last year. The initial service was good, but the renewal has been awful beyond compare. Contract was done incorrectly, put live even though incorrect and 4 months later still hasn't been rectified. I've been passed from pillar to post and even the branch... Read Full Review

I think the reference fees are high but fairly consistent with other agencies' fees . I hope the fees are soon reduced or abolished under Gvt proposals
