appalling service, wouldn’t recommend to anyone to rent through reeds reins. Hidden fees I had never been informed about when trying to leave the property, trying to charge me for damages that were already like that when I moved in - I had proof of this on my check in inventory! The service we received from mortgage advisor Emma Thompson at Reeds Rains in Consett was appalling. She lied and duped us. She was looking for a mortgage for us where we were informed there was a fee of £499, it was her duty and responsibility to inform us that this fee was non refundable... Read Full Review
