I can't fault the service from QuickMove. Their valuation was in line with other valuations and with other sales - in fact, at the top end of our expectations. We asked Quick Move Properties to value our house for a quick sale to buy our new home. They valued our home at £30k below market value. Then also wanted 15% off the final figure as commission. That would have been £70k reduction from our initial £290k asking price. ... Read Full Review

I can make no comment on the service this company offers sellers (although I suspect they buy from the desperate at well below market prices). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
