I have never received such poor service. My last house purchase everything went through in 3 weeks. What agent could do to change your mind?
I feel annoyed paying the fees due to the amount of my own time I have taken out of work to chase up the work they should be doing on my behalf. I feel I'm owed at least a partial refund but I fear chasing this may be a little too much for my stress levels!
