Awful estate agents. Made many false accusations. Had monthly inspections but they still would come randomly without any warning as they had mixed up dates from their end. Terrible organisation, constantly having to repeat ourselves in emails. Good luck getting your deposit back. Avoid these guys... Read Full Review

Please heed what this and all the other reviewers are saying. These are Cowboys and nasty ones at that. As tenants we were given 2 addenda to the Tenancy Agreement by this company which they claimed to be legally binding and had to be signed by the lead tenant on the 2nd day of our tenancy. Failure ... Never ever choose Platinum. They take weeks to sort out any maintenance issues, to answer emails, the phone, to call you back. Avoid these jokers like the plague. They will try and screw every penny that they can out of you. Their house inspections are a farce, they make claims and provide no evidence. This agency did nothing for me as a landlord. When the tenancy ended they returned the tenant's deposit in fill , less £29 for locks i had to replace as keys were not returned.
