Awful estate agents. Made many false accusations. Had monthly inspections but they still would come randomly without any warning as they had mixed up dates from their end. Please heed what this and all the other reviewers are saying. These are Cowboys and nasty ones at that. Never ever choose Platinum. They take weeks to sort out any maintenance issues, to answer emails, the phone, to call you back. Avoid these jokers like the plague. They will try and screw every penny that they can out of you. Their house inspections are a farce, they make claims and provide no evidence. Not impressed. Don't expect them to call you back when they say they will. Expect them to tell excuses about why there are delays with your purchase. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
