As first time buyers the housing market can be very daunting. The staff at Peter alan at morriston Swansea have been so so good. Between viewings with Samuel, contact with steph and brief emails with rhiannon they have gone above and beyond to get us viewings during our tight availability, called or emailed with new properties and answered all the scary questions without judgement. Together they clearly work as a dynamic team who care about providing the service a first time buyer needs. We are due to work with their mortgage advisor and solicitors also. I feel confident in knowing that they will get the house we want and with great efficiency and service. In comparison to other este agents in the area that we have tried to arrange viewing with or had questions these guys at the morriston branch have gone the extra mile and by far are top of the list for us. Highly recommend.

I rented my property with the company Peter Alan seventeen years ago and then over two years ago again. I never had had this pleasant customer experience in the past. On the business end, the sales technique and strategy Jade put forward for our situation proved faultless and delivered a far better outcome than we'd anticipated.
Shopped around before choosing Peter Alan to instruct with our sale, but relieved we did now.

We went to view a house today and the service was horrible. I feel so sorry for the home owner as it really puts me off not to buy the property. We went to view a house today and the service was horrible. I feel so sorry for the home owner as it really puts me off not to buy the property. We arrived 10 mins early (didn't think it was an issue), the home owner who is a lovely gentleman asked if we would like to go in and he could show us around. We obviously said yes as it was a windy day and we had a new born baby with us. The agent then arrived and she was so rude, unprofessional and spoke down on people. She told us off because we arrived early and went into the house, when she took over and “showed” us around, she didn't say one word about the house. The only thing she asked us was if we arranged a mortgage yet or not.

Not only did one of their agents leave the back door unlocked that led to a break in but it took 14 weeks to finally complete. The biggest mistake we ever made was to go with peter Alan estate agents in Morriston. Not only did one of their agents leave the back door unlocked that led to a break in but it took 14 weeks to finally complete. The agents kept telling us to knock down the price of the property and even though it was worth the price we finally sold for £31000 less. I huge mistake, do not go with them if you value your time and equity.

Peter Alan Morriston have been amazing selling my property .From the valuation to the viewings, and finally the sale, all staff have been 100% professional. Nothing was ever too much trouble and we always received feedback from every viewing. They marketed my property superbly and I was amazed at how many viewings they had for me .I would definitely recommend them and would not hesitate to use this office again .Special mention to Callum Davies for all he did for us.

When it comes to dealing with them in person, they never keep you in the loop. You'd call to get an update, they claim the right person is busy and would call you back. But they never do. I don't think they even pass on the message to that person as on my last call, one of the agents laughed in surprise when they realised their colleague had passed the buck but not the message.
They knew our background of pets. Whilst the first property we saw was declined because of pets, we were shown another one that we were keen to put an offer down there and then. We were told to wait and could not do that.
For 6 days we tried to get updates. Over and over we're told "i'll email you back" or "my colleague will call you back" only to realise yet another day has passed and no one has bothered to get in touch. Only after almost a week of unfortunately having to pester the do I find out they had accepted offers from people who viewed the house after us on the basis that it was easier cos they didn't have pets. Why mislead us and keep us in the dark? Why let us view the property? Why promise to get back to us to string us along but never do? It's dishonest and unprofessional behaviour.
If you were honest with us from the start, told us this house isn't suitable for pets, we wouldn't have viewed and wasted both our time. Even after all that, after we viewed the property and you let the other viewers put an offer before us, it would have been nice to let us know that in this circumstance you preferred to accept them over us. Why keep asking us to wait for a call back that you never initiated unless you're pestered? It would have taken mere seconds to leave a message of a few words that would have eased all of this.
I understand you guys are busy, but it's unfortunate in that state of being so busy you give up common basics such as honesty and trust. It's such a stark contrast from some other agents in lettings that do actually treat you with some respect by fulfilling arrangements to communicate.
