Do not rent from Peter Alan. I currently rent a one-bedroom apartment in Llanishen. Fantastic service by Aneurin, the lettings manager at Peter Alan, Llanishen branch. He managed to secure new tenants for my property after it had been on the market for less than 24 hours.
