Simon Moran was the branch manager at the time of marketing our Guest House. We paid for their gold service to provide the best chance for finding a buyer £298.80 inc vat. Was interested in Letting a property with this agent, did a few viewings and then was told the "reference fee". The fee was almost the cost of the PCM of the flat! Ridiculous, it would have cost 3x times the PCM just to get the keys. I feel sorry for Landlords who are with this agency... Read Full Review
