Dan gave excellent service: he was very professional, knowledgeable and quick at doing the job. Within 2 days of my contacting him he had two potential tenants lined up and had taken them to view the property, and when I then learned that an acquaintance of mine was looking for a house to rent so asked if we could go with that person instead, he didn't bat an eyelid, but calmly changed tack and followed up references for the new person without complaining at all, which I would have done! He worked very fast, and got the tenant (who had a complicated financial situation which Dan checked out assiduously) into the property without a single day's void. He dealt with all my queries and concerns immediately, kept me in touch all along the way, and seemed to be fair and considerate to everyone he was dealing with. Best service I've ever had from any estate agent ever.

Terrible, worst estate agent I have ever dealt with.
Never reply to phone calls or emails, quick to respond if they want money from you otherwise don’t expect any service if you need them.
Could not get deposit returned to me purely because they wouldn’t speak to me claiming a heavy work load and that they were trying. None of the staff appear to talk to each other and getting anything achieved is laborious and painful.
Currently still being given the run around.
Would never ever use them again and recommend you stay clear, tenant, owner or buyer.

By far the worst estate agents to deal with for a number of reasons
1. Do not return phone calls or messages when agreed at all.
2. Do not answer emails and hardly ever answers the phone
3. They manage a property I rent and have been awful help in fixing an issue, I had no hot water and reported the issue via them, took them 6 days to even bring it up to the landlord. After which they couldn’t even direct any communications or get anyone to fix it. After myself and the landlord cut out the estate agents and their management companies then we got the issue resolved.
4. I queried about a few issues that did not get a reply for, Infact I sent the query in March, it is now October and the 4 emails I sent still haven’t been replied to!
5. They arranged a 6 monthly check of my property without arranging anything with me, luckily I was in when they called round.
If anyone I mean anyone is looking to either sell or rent via this company then I would avoid at all costs!

Simon Moran was the branch manager at the time of marketing our Guest House. We paid for their gold service to provide the best chance for finding a buyer £298.80 inc vat. I refused that offer as they had been marketing for over 6 months and not a single viewing.

Was interested in Letting a property with this agent, did a few viewings and then was told the "reference fee". The fee was almost the cost of the PCM of the flat! Says a lot when searching "Palmer Snell fees" the first few results are talking about ripoffs.
